| Plasmoids |

Plasmoids - a race of beings, the data about which are very few and there is little proved facts about them. Plasmoids only vaguely resemble to human beings, physically consisting of plasma in crystalline state. An amusing feature of the representatives of this race is the fact that in spite of the remotely crystalline body structure, the substance in them is permanently moving at light speed, thus the Plasmoids represent an enchanting sight sparkling with all the colors of the rainbow. It is obvious that electromagnetic radiation and fields are the only source of power, supporting the Plasmoids' existence. This race is mainly populating the planets lacking an atmosphere and moving practically in the top of red and blue giant stars. As such conditions are quite rare in the explored part of the Universe, the colonization and the expansion of this race are connected with huge difficulties. Since the Plasmoids can't survive apart from powerful sources of electromagnetic radiation, their ships are equipped with unique life support systems, which generate power and give the possibility to travel using the solar sail. There is no information about the physiology and the reproduction method of these beings. The Plasmoids' religion is based on the concept that in the past they lived on stars and could freely travel among them, but after the race destroyed a whole star just in order to hold a grand festival, the Gods became angry with them and banished their ancestors from the stars by taking away the possibility to leave in the outer space. In their opinion the Plasmoids will gain the lost freedom only when the race will create a star on its own in exchange for the destroyed one. In the explored part of the Universe Plasmoids maintain the monopoly in creating grand light shows, fact that completely meets the canons of their religion.
The contact with the Plasmoids has been established quite recently, only after the historical discovery made by the scientists of the most powerful alliance of Anarion galaxy. The space occupied by the Plasmoids' planets is located in a separate sector of the galaxy, which is practically unexplored and the existence of this sector itself contradicts all the known astrophysical laws. There are enough proves that this sector was created artificially by the Forerunners.
