Insectoids - general name for multiple races populating Anarion galaxy. The distinctive feature of this race is the unique social structure, peculiar exclusively to insects. The Queen is the absolute and plenipotentiary governor of the entire planet, whose implicit obedience is ridden by the fact that she is the mother of all insects populating the planet. In case of Queen's death her place is taken by her twin sister, whose multiple copies are stored in embryonic stage in the most secured place on the planet, the location of which is kept top secret by the insects. Therefore the evolution of insects is very difficult and the general development level of these races is quite low. However, we must admit that the lack of technologies the Insectoids compensate by a huge population number and highest organization. All the intelligent population represents a unique living organism, whose existence is pursuing one goal - to gain the supremacy at any price. Traditionally Insectoids are the most aggressive races of the Universe. It is very difficult to maintain diplomatic relations with these races, but those who succeed gain access to their colossal resources. The second distinctive feature of the insects is the total lack of any Arts and culture, even of the most primitive kind. Everything made by insects is purely functional and is lacking any signs of esthetics and talent. The only meaning of their existence is the work, since even the matters of reproduction are solved by a single individual of the entire race.
