Licenses
The license grants the monopoly right to service provision, manufacture and sale of certain accessories in your sector.

Service licenses:

  • Commanders rescue service - Search, evacuation and reanimation of commanders from destroyed fleets. The commander of the destroyed fleet can be rescued by the nearest rescue base within a range of 1000 l.y. The owner of the rescued commander may release him for a 50% redemption-fee. Only the owner of the commander can redeem him during the first 7 days.

  • Matter conversion - Conversion of any matter into materials, helium-3 and minerals. All the cargo unloaded on the hyperspace gate (by any player, not only by the owner) is automatically transformed into the matter you stated in the fleet settings. The efficiency factor is 50%-90% and depends on the level of your license factory. The obtained matter is automatically loaded to fleet's hold, and the remains are conveyed for delivery on ex-works terms (automatically by the Buyer's merchant fleet). The conversion fee for 1000 units of weight is 1 IC (minimum 5 IC)
  • 1000 materials = 800 helium-3
  • 1000 materials = 10 maniron or arselil, or titanite

    Manufacture and sales licenses:

    Accessories assembling under license is made automatically, provided that you have the required amount of raw materials, indicated in your license settings. Assembly speed depends on the level of the license factory. Additionally each level of the License factory decreases the required amount of raw materials and the item cost by 7%. The deficient money is automatically acquired on the market. Ðàç â ñóòêè Once a day the amount of IC, exceeding the price of the licence, is transfered from the factory's balance to the player's balance. You can check the required amount of materials on the Star map in the settings of your hypergate that uses a license. Any player can deliver raw materials to a hyperspace gate, choose the SELL option in the settings of his fleet and sell the materials required for licensed accessories' manufacture. The required amount of materials is purchased on the hypergate within the limits of available IC. The remainder of raw materials will remain in the fleets hold. The assembled accessories are automatically put on sale with the markup fixed in the license settings. Acquisition price:
  • 100 materials for 2 IC
  • 100 helium-3 for 2 IC
  • 1 maniron or arselil, or titanite for 5 IC
  • 1 cryocapsule for 50 IC
  • 1 boarding module (lvl.1) for 70 IC
  • 1 ergopack for 5 IC
  • 1 polymetal for 80 IC

    License insurance:

    Any license can be insured against hypergate destruction in case of military operations. In case of insurance event occurrence all the IC from the factory balance shall be reimbursed. If the factory balance amounts less than 50% from the license cost there will be reimbursed 50% of the license cost. The insurance for 30 days can be purchased for planetary currency.
